Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, or anxious? Join the Harvard Ed Portal for our Yoga Nidra workshop series! Yoga Nidra is a very gentle type of yoga that is done while sitting or laying down. It's a way to relax and take a break from the stresses of everyday life. In these workshops, you'll get to relax your mind and body with guided instructions and visualizations from the instructor.
This virtual workshop is on Zoom, however you can turn off your camera and/or dim your screen so the computer doesn't distract you. Each class will start with some gentle movements and breathing, and then lead into visualizations that will help you relax and relieve tension.
