Arturo has been honored with the Latinx Amplifier and ALX100 awards for his initiatives in connecting people of color to wealth-building employment opportunities in Massachusetts. In his role as a career coach, he employs a practical and empowering approach, equipping individuals to navigate recruiting bias, workplace culture, and power dynamics.
