About Adesuwa Igbineweka:
Adesuwa Igbineweka is an equity and access advocate. She helps job seekers reflect upon the values they bring to the workplace and how they assess employers who match those values. She is an immigrant, transfer, and first-generation college graduate. Igbineweka has spent the past 15 years working in education and developmental services. Her career started with supporting adults with physical and mental health disabilities, and transitioned into student development and success services. She has been privileged to support people in their areas of development and achievement. Igbineweka is currently the Director of Career Equity and Access at Suffolk University. She earned a joint BA/MA ‘08 in Sociology/Applied Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
