Topic: Discover Your Career Superpowers: Using CliftonStrengths in Your Job Search

Join us for an interactive workshop where you'll discover your unique talents and learn how to leverage them in your job search. The CliftonStrengths assessment identifies your top five natural strengths from 34 talent themes, giving you powerful language to articulate what makes you uniquely valuable to employers. Participants will take the assessment immediately before the workshop, then we'll explore how to translate your results into compelling stories for interviews, authentic networking conversations, and standout application materials. Whether you're a career changer struggling to connect the dots between past experience and future goals, or a job seeker who finds it challenging to talk about yourself confidently, this strengths-based approach offers a refreshing framework for self-presentation.

Understanding your strengths isn't just about better job applications—it's about finding roles where you'll naturally excel and feel energized. When you can clearly articulate your talents and back them up with concrete examples, you move from generic statements like "I'm a hard worker" to powerful, specific narratives that help employers see exactly how you'll contribute. You'll leave this session with your personalized strengths profile, practical strategies for incorporating your strengths into your job search materials, and renewed confidence in what you bring to the table. This is self-awareness that translates directly into job search success.
