This week's presenter: Caitlin Gillooly

Topic: Job Search Without Burning Out: Building a Sustainable Routine

Job searching is one of the most emotionally demanding things a person can do — and most advice out there ignores that completely. In this 90-minute session, workforce development professional and Cole Resource Center's Workforce Coordinator Caitlin Gillooly will share practical strategies for building a job search routine that is realistic, energizing, and sustainable. You'll leave with tools for protecting your mental health, managing rejection, and keeping your search moving — plus a brief introduction to the free programs and services available through the Cole Resource Center.

About the presenter:

Caitlin Gillooly is a strategy and operations leader turned workforce development professional, with a background in e-commerce, consulting, and AI. After a career at companies including 1stdibs, Thrasio, and Wayfair, Caitlin made a deliberate pivot toward more meaningful work — which led her to the Cole Resource Center. There she found exactly what she hadn't known she needed: a peer-based, judgment-free space to navigate her job search in the context of her whole life, not just her resume.

Caitlin currently serves as Workforce Program Coordinator and Allston-Brighton Workforce Specialist at the Cole Resource Center. She holds an MBA from Tuck at Dartmouth and a BA in Psychology from Harvard.
