Presenter: Arturo Natella, Founder of Amaru

Topic: Building Your Resilience Toolkit: Tapping Mindfulness & Positive Psychology

During this session, we’ll dip into mindfulness by doing a few sample breathwork exercises that can be incorporated right into your day with very little effort. These simple practices help calm the nervous system, increase focus, and create the mental space needed for clearer thinking and better decision-making. Next, we'll teach you two exercises from the world of positive psychology: “3 Good Things” and “Get a Boost from Your Past.” The PERMA theory of well-being, created by Martin Seligman, will also be discussed. By addressing stress and reconnecting with sources of strength, you free up our energy to move forward in your job search or everyday work with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
