Previously a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Diversity at Workplace, he developed tailor-made DEI recruitment training programs and led talent acquisition assessments for global companies. Arturo has been honored with the Latinx Amplifier and ALX100 awards for his initiatives in connecting people of color to wealth-building employment opportunities in Massachusetts. In his role as a career coach, he employs a practical and empowering approach, equipping individuals to navigate recruiting bias, workplace culture, and power dynamics. Arturo holds multiple certifications, including a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, AIRS Certified DEI Recruiter, and SHRM People Analytics.
