She has delivered training programs with top organizations including Salesforce, MediaTek, USAA, The Saudi Ministry of Economy and Planning, The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and worked with senior leaders from Apple, Nike, and Netflix.
With over 23 years of cross-sector experience, including a decade in media leadership, Shahbari combines psychological insights with strategic business frameworks. Her negotiation workshops are highly interactive and action-oriented, designed to help leaders navigate complex power dynamics, maximize value, and build sustainable partnerships with absolute confidence.
A Fulbright Scholar and recipient of the Harvard Distinguished Teaching Performance Award, she blends deep expertise with a highly practical, results-driven approach, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies that drive measurable growth.
