Yoga Series at the Ed Portal


Whether you have been practicing yoga for many years, or if you have never even tried it, the Harvard Ed Portal’s Yoga Series offer participants of all skill levels the opportunity to experience mindfulness and relaxation.

Classes are held throughout the year with the most recent schedule updated and posted below. This program is free and open to the public. Walk-ins are welcome but advance registration is encouraged through Eventbrite.

Spring 2018 Class Schedule: 

Relax and Recharge Yoga
Mondays, 6:30pm-7:30pm

Start your week off right with a free yoga class! In a fun and supportive environment, learn basic poses and techniques while improving flexibility and reducing stress.

The Ed Portal, in collaboration with Isabel Yang, is excited to host, "Relax and Recharge," a free, introductory-level yoga class. For this class, no yoga experience is necessary, just be open to learning new relaxation techniques, tips on how to better manage stress and how to improve your flexibility.
