DESCRIPTION:<p><span>Inconsistency is the most common self-reported challenge among early-stage entrepreneurs, and the most misdiagnosed. Research from the American Psychological Association (2022) identifies cognitive overload as the primary driver of behavioral inconsistency, not&nbsp;motivation or character. When entrepreneurs lack simple operational systems, every decision becomes a new one, and decision fatigue compounds into paralysis.
