DESCRIPTION:<p>Career Café and Business Builders is a program for job seekers, career professionals, entrepreneurs, and community members, offered by the Harvard Ed Portal's <a href="https://edportal.harvard.edu/">Workforce and Economic Development team</a>. Together with like-minded peers, participants will engage in structured discussions, share strategies, and build momentum toward their career or business goals.</p><p>Structured group coaching sessions will be guided by our in-house career coaches (Telma Sullivan, Jayne Mattson, Mike Fitzgerald and Nani Sinacola),&nbsp;a member of Harvard Talent Acquisition, Cole Resource Center,&nbsp;and Ed Portal Digital Literacy and Learning staff. In addition, we will be joined by Sara Reese,&nbsp;workforce development leader, community builder, and career strategist, who will be discussing&nbsp;<strong>Navigating Your Career as an Early Professional</strong>.</p><p>Entrepreneurs and business owners are invited to join a roundtable discussion featuring experts from <a href="https://www.score.org/boston">SCORE Boston</a>, <a href="https://bostonchamber.com/networks/small-business/">Small Business Strong</a>, <a href="https://www.bbmentors.org/">Boston Business Mentors</a>,&nbsp;&nbsp;Jim Barrows (Ed Portal Economic Development expert), and other local business leaders.</p>
