Many people are turning toward portfolio careers—a combination of multiple income streams and “gigs” that together form a full career. In this session, we’ll explore how to rethink your career identity, map out a variety of income stream options, discuss the pros and cons of portfolio careers, and begin drafting your first steps toward building a portfolio career.<br><br><strong>About the presenter:</strong></p><p><span>Ingrid is the founder of Mosaic Careers, a consulting company providing career and leadership coaching, training and employee engagement strategy. Ingrid holds a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology from Lesley University and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in communication arts and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received advanced graduate training in career development from the John F. Kennedy School and is trained in Structural Consulting from Robert Fritz, Inc. Ingrid is MBTI-certified and holds a master level certification in TypeCoach.</span></p>
