# Harvard Careers in Construction ## Introducing Local Residents to the Construction Trades The Harvard Careers in Construction Program (HCCP) introduces residents of Allston, Brighton, and Cambridge to the many career opportunities available within the construction industry. Participants explore a variety of career paths, including skilled trades, project management, real estate development, design, sustainability, and construction technology. Through a combination of career exploration, industry workshops, job readiness training, and mentorship from experienced construction professionals, HCCP helps individuals identify their interests and prepare for next steps in the industry.
