 To become a member, please download and complete the Membership Application and Liability Waiver ([English](/file_url/317), [Spanish](/file_url/318), [Portuguese](/file_url/319), [Chinese](/file_url/320)). Memership is free. The forms and corresponding required materials can be submitted to the Ed Portal by [email](mailto:edportal@harvard.edu), or by mail or in-person to:
