Self care is important, and that means taking care of your mind and body! Join us for a fun way to get moving and get strong with exercises you can do at home, or anywhere, with nothing other than your own body weight! In each "Wellness Wednesday" we will work on strength, stability, and endurance in a fun way that won't even feel like exercise.
Please note: This program is only for current high school students in Boston or Cambridge.
