Spring is around the corner, and it's time to get up and get moving! Join us for this fun 9-week class that will help you stretch achy muscles and work on your strength in time for warmer weather.

On Monday evenings, Izzie Ryan will lead you through some gentle strengthening exercises that you can do at home, using nothing more than your own body weight! On Wednesday evenings, Taryn Burns will help you stretch and get more flexible with basic yoga poses. It will be relaxing and fun!

Feel great and gain more flexibility, strength, stability, and endurance. No experience or special equipment needed!
