The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Successful Communication

Your emotional intelligence impacts successful collaboration and communication. In this workshop, we'll review your "Emotional Intelligence Appraisal" results and practice ways to develop your EQ.

Learning outcomes:

• Understanding emotional intelligence

• Understanding and interpreting your appraisal results

• Building your Self Awareness, Assertiveness, Empathy, Impulse Control, and Optimism

• Creating an action plan focused on developing your EQ

Registration Deadline: March 15 at 5:00pm

Pre-work:
On March 15, participants will receive a link to the "Talent Smart EQ Emotional Intelligence Appraisal". The appraisal is 28 questions and takes as little as 5-7 minutes to complete. We will email your results to you 2 hours before the workshop.

This workshop is for Harvard Ed Portal members, Allston-Brighton residents, Cambridge residents, and Gardner Pilot Academy parents/guardians only. Workshop is limited to 20 participants.
