Make your resume stand out- in a good way! In this workshop, you will learn how to perfect the format and content of your resume using Google Docs. Whether you have work experience or not, you can create a great resume that will showcase your skills to employers! You will leave this workshop with a new draft of your resume to use for upcoming job applications and the tips you need to continue updating that resume moving forward.
About RISE:
The goal of RISE is to provide resources, knowledge, and support for high school students as they explore post-secondary pathways and options and grow into themselves as young adults. Offerings will seek to increase awareness of options; to build academic, workforce, and general life skills; to prepare students for life after high school; and to expose students to a broad range of careers/pathways. RISE aims to provide students with the tools, knowledge, and experience to be able to make their own informed decisions about life after high school.
