Location:

Online via Zoom

*For high school students living or attending school in Allston-Brighton or Cambridge*

Zoom fatigue is REAL, and we don't know about you, but all this sitting and laying down has got us feeling down... so let's get up! Join us for six weeks of movement, stress relief, and relaxation that you can do wherever you are, whenever you want—especially when you're feeling cooped up inside or stressed about anything.

We'll do some stretches, cardio, and other fun exercises you can do at home, anytime. You can even do them while watching your favorite shows! No previous experience or special equipment necessary.

Register for additional sessions below:
March 29, April 5, April 12, April 19, and April 26.

About RISE:
The goal of RISE is to provide resources, knowledge, and support for high school students as they explore post-secondary pathways and options and grow into themselves as young adults. Offerings will seek to increase awareness of options; to build academic, workforce, and general life skills; to prepare students for life after high school; and to expose students to a broad range of careers/pathways. RISE aims to provide students with the tools, knowledge, and experience to be able to make their own informed decisions about life after high school.
