The job search process can be incredibly turbulent and stressful. How can you keep your cool during these highs and lows? You can actually build your resilience by shifting some of your attention to your well-being. Our 2-part series, Resilience During the Job Search, will provide you with tools and practices to help you manage your stress, improve your interviews, help you with important decision making, and keep you motivated.

Part 1: Managing the Job Search Roller Coaster & Decision Making
