The Relationship Between Cash and Operations for Small Businesses

This virtual course is designed to give business owners an overview of the cash-cycle. We will discuss the sources and uses of cash in operations and the impact of timing. We will discuss strategies to identify and control factors that directly impact cash flow.

Anyone is welcome to register, however priority will be given to Allston-Brighton and Cambridge business owners and residents. Women and Minority Owned Businesses are encouraged to register.

Allston-Brighton and Cambridge small businesses and residents who attend all four workshops in the series will be provided with a LinkedIn Learning scholarship to continue their learning and individual business consulting by a financial expert.

 

About the Facilitator:
Shaniece Bennett is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and trusted business advisor. She is noted for her personal approach and going beyond the numbers to add additional value.

Shaniece is the founder of Accutrak Consulting and Accounting Services PLLC and she has over 17 years experience in both public and private practice. Her areas of expertise include small business taxation, accounting, payroll, and financial management. Shaniece has helped entities acquire capital, secure grants and contracts, and save over a half million dollars in taxes.

Shaniece leverages her experience and relationships to help entities excel. Her firm is engaged for accounting services and often retained for continuous business support services.

Shaniece is actively engaged in small business support, education, economic development, and leadership associations. She is a native of Detroit Michigan.
