****Workshop Definition of Strength:**** A strength is a quality that makes you effective and helps you perform well in specific tasks or situations. Our focus will be on ****three dimensions**** of strengths: 1. ****Mental strengths****: e.g. problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, etc.

 2. ****Emotional strengths****: e.g. resilience, empathy, self-awareness, etc.

 3. ****Social strengths****: e.g. communication, teamwork, leadership, etc.

 While some strengths start as natural tendencies, all strengths can be developed through knowledge, skills, and practice.

With over 25 years of leadership experience across industries like Healthcare, Biotech, and Consumer Goods, she has held senior executive roles in finance and operational excellence at companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, PerkinElmer, and H.J. Heinz. Her coaching combines deep leadership expertise with a culturally attuned approach, benefiting clients ranging from emerging professionals to C-Suite leaders. An Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and holder of a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) from William James College, Kam integrates cognitive and emotional empathy with mindfulness to foster her clients' growth.
