From simple hydration reminders and quick movement breaks to mindful reflection exercises and efficient planning strategies, you'll learn how intentional self-care practices can significantly impact your well-being and productivity.

Share your own tried-and-true methods and learn from peers as we create a collaborative space for exchanging ideas. Delve into the four pillars of well-being and learn how small, consistent actions can lead to significant improvements in your overall health as well as work and job search success. Leave this session equipped with a personalized self-care toolkit that will support you throughout your career journey.  
  
**About the presenter:**

Sabrina Woods is a coach, trainer and speaker working at the intersection of career and well-being. Known for her warmth and talent for weaving insights into action, she supports clients and workshop participants in living their best life. Tapping holistic and mindfulness-based practices, her work helps clarify values and priorities, and align personal and professional goals. This leads to boosts in resilience, career fulfillment, and overall well-being.

Sabrina spent over 15 years in the higher education career services field with Harvard, Northeastern, and the University of London, and now runs her own practice out of Providence, RI, facilitating workshops for a range of organizations and coaching a number of individual clients.
