**Topic: Designing Your Portfolio Career: Creating Multiple Income Streams**

In today’s world, work is no longer limited to one job, one title, or one predictable path. Many people are turning toward portfolio careers—a combination of multiple income streams and “gigs” that together form a full career. In this session, we’ll explore how to rethink your career identity, map out a variety of income stream options, discuss the pros and cons of portfolio careers, and begin drafting your first steps toward building a portfolio career.

- Reframe your work identity by focusing on your skills rather than a single job title.
- Understand the differences between side gigs, micro-ventures, and long-term portfolio pillars
- Evaluate the advantages and challenges of portfolio work and gig-based opportunities
- Identify how to get started creating a portfolio career
