Her corporate work experience includes several leadership positions overseeing talent management, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion efforts in Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing and Marketing Media Communications. She is a Certified Executive Coach (C.E.C.) with ACC credentials from the International Coach Federation, and her coaching work spans globally across industries and includes focus areas on diversity & inclusion.
