About the Facilitator:
Adesuwa Igbineweka is an equity and access advocate. She helps job seekers reflect upon the values they bring to the workplace and how they assess employers who matches those values.

She is an immigrant, transfer, and first-generation college graduate. She has spent the past 15 years in education and developmental services. Her career started with supporting adults with physical and mental health disabilities, and transitioned into student development and success services. She has been privileged to support people in their areas of development and achievement. She is currently the Director of Career Equity and Access at Suffolk University. She earned a joint BA/MA ‘08 in Sociology/Applied Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
