Topics will include reaching out to LinkedIn connections to grow your network and assist with job leads, informational interviewing, how to write a message or email to a second level connection or someone you don’t have a connection to, the networking philosophy of “How can I help,” conversation openers, LinkedIn Groups, and maintaining or strengthening your existing connections.

Bring your own computer or tablet: Indicate on registration if you don't have one and we will provide it. The number of computers is limited.

Optional critiques: From 12:00pm–12:30pm we will host an optional LinkedIn Profile Peer Critique session. To participate, print and bring two hard copies of the first two pages of your profile.

Prerequisites: Individuals who have already developed their LinkedIn profile including past work experience, those who have joined at least one group and have looked at/explored their LinkedIn homepage content on at least a few occasions.
