Koru Mindfulness (Session 2)

Koru Mindfulness teaches mindfulness, meditation, and stress management through evidence-based methods. In partnership with the Harvard Center for Wellness and Health Promotion, this 4-part workshop will meet for an hour and a half each session, and will combine meditation, guided practice and reflection, discussion, and home activities with the goal of helping participants manage their stress and focus their mind. Many people report a greater overall feeling of calmness and improvements in their sleep habits after having participated in Koru Mindfulness.

Sessions will run October 21, October 28, November 4, and November 18 from 7:00pm-8:30pm. RSVP to save your spot!
