Location:

Online via Zoom

What values describe your ideal self? What absolute principles do you live by? This workshop will help you articulate and prioritize your values, plus utilize them in your career transition.

When presented with decisions that require discernment, our values tend to be influential if not the determining factor in our behaviors and actions. When you are considering a career change or looking for a new job, it is helpful to be clear about what you value in order to find a good, or even a great, culture fit. In this interactive session, Mike Fitzgerald will help us gain a better understanding of the many ways in which knowing our values helps guide our career planning and job search.
