Writing strong emails will help you stand out in the job application process. In this workshop, you will learn how to catch and hold someone’s attention through well-written emails. And, since it’s 2021, we will also cover how (and when!) to text in the workplace!
About RISE
The goal of RISE is to provide resources, knowledge, and support for high school students as they explore post-secondary pathways and options and grow into themselves as young adults. Offerings will seek to increase awareness of options; to build academic, workforce, and general life skills; to prepare students for life after high school; and to expose students to a broad range of careers/pathways. RISE aims to provide students with the tools, knowledge, and experience to be able to make their own informed decisions about life after high school.
