Location:

Harvard Ed Portal, 224 Western Ave., Allston

Join the Harvard Ed Portal for a free workshop on developing your emotional intelligence for life and work. Participants will learn to recognize and understand emotions in others and themselves, and will use this awareness to manage behavior and build positive relationships. This event is open to Ed Portal members and Allston-Brighton residents only.

Using the book, Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Travis Bradberry and its accompanying EQ assessment, we will help you understand your assessment results in order to better comprehend your own emotions and those of others, adapt to different environments, and achieve your goals.

Instructor: Sarah A. Scala, President and Principal Consultant Sarah Scala Consulting.

Please note: participants must complete an online assessment before the event. You can be mailed the book Emotional Intelligence 2.0, or pick it up at the Harvard Ed Portal. The book provides a code to access the online EQ assessment, which will generate a report that you must bring to the workshop.

Registration deadline: March 26
