In part one of this workshop from SCORE Boston, attendees will learn what startup costs are and how to budget for the expenses they will have before their business has any income. The workshop will also help attendees determine how much working capital they will need.
Part two will cover critical elements small business owners should address when setting their prices, from "cost plus," to market-driven, to understanding their competition.'
Light breakfast will be served from 9:00am–9:30am.
Please note: The first two weeks of registration for economic development workshops held at the Harvard Ed Portal will be limited to Allston-Brighton residents, managers/employees of Allston-Brighton businesses, or Ed Portal members.
