Online (Zoom)

This free workshop helps you connect the dots by measuring operational efficiencies and the financial outcomes of decision-making. You'll also learn how to calculate financial ratios that measure profitability, liquidity, and efficiencies. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to develop a custom dashboard to track key metrics.

This workshop is part of a 4-part workshop series for small business owners with guest facilitator Shaniece Bennett, founder of Accutrak Consulting and Accounting Services PLLC.

Allston-Brighton and Cambridge small businesses and residents who attend all four workshops in the series will be provided with a LinkedIn Learning scholarship and an individual business consulting session with Bennett.
