Allston-Brighton student in grades 3–5 are invited to explore how artists can use color in this two-part series. In week one, students will be looking at historical artworks on Google Arts and Culture, and in week two, students will be making their own works. The program will investigate how color is used as a tool to create meaning and emotion in art, and put what we've learned into practice. Expand your artistic horizons with the Colors of the Rainbow program!
The program will be led by Harvard undergraduates who will lead students on a guided virtual experience designed to grow a greater curiosity for learning.
Please note: To join this program your student must have access to a device that can support video streaming.
