Career Café and Business Builders is a program for job seekers, career professionals, entrepreneurs, and community members, offered by the Harvard Ed Portal's [Workforce and Economic Development team](https://edportal.harvard.edu/). Together with like-minded peers, participants will engage in structured discussions, share strategies, and build momentum toward their career or business goals.

Structured group coaching sessions will be guided by our in-house career coaches (Telma Sullivan, Jayne Mattson, Mike Fitzgerald and Nani Sinacola), a member of Harvard Talent Acquisition, Cole Resource Center, and Ed Portal Digital Literacy and Learning staff. In addition, we will be joined by Sara Reese, workforce development leader, community builder, and career strategist, who will be discussing **Navigating Your Career as an Early Professional**.

Entrepreneurs and business owners are invited to join a roundtable discussion featuring experts from [SCORE Boston](https://www.score.org/boston), [Small Business Strong](https://bostonchamber.com/networks/small-business/), [Boston Business Mentors](https://www.bbmentors.org/), Jim Barrows (Ed Portal Economic Development expert), and other local business leaders.
