*Join us for this dynamic 5-part workshop series designed to offer practical tools and expert guidance to help you thrive in every aspect of your entrepreneurial journey! ****This is a 5-part workshop series with separate registrations. Participants who attend all sessions will have the chance to enter the pitch competition in January.*****

No entrepreneur can succeed alone. This course focuses on the critical skills of team building and delegation. Participants will learn how to assemble a high-performing team, delegate tasks effectively, and harness the power of collaboration. The course emphasizes understanding individual strengths, fostering a positive team culture, and empowering team members to contribute to the business’s success.

 ****Learning Objectives:****

 Build a Strong Team: Participants will learn strategies for recruiting and retaining talented team members who align with their business vision.

- Understand Delegation: Participants will understand the importance of delegation and how to identify tasks that can be delegated to others.

 ****About the presenter Kurt Faustin:****

 [Kurt Faustin](https://www.kurtfaustin.com/) is a Father, Entrepreneur, Coach and Success Strategist. Kurt has spoken in front of over 50,000 people, working with organizations like Harvard University, Chase Bank and United Way; and is a former HuffPost and Forbes writer. Appointed by Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, Kurt is part of the city's first ever Black Men and Black Boy's Commission, and recently selected by Color Magazine’s ****40 under 40**** Power List, his focus is on bridging the gap between mental health and performance; with an emphasis on emotional intelligence, goal setting and stress management. As a certified ​Brain Based Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute, Kurt discovered his own science-backed philosophy and principles to improve performance, while empowering one to make a permanent change within their mindset.
